'Queen Anne' Has Arrived!

In recent months, and in lead up to our 'Great River Race' entry, our first GRP vessel 'Amelia Lee' has undergone extensive refurbishment, including custom paint work! Upon completion, she has been renamed 'Queen Anne' in homage to MDL Marinas and their support in our club formation - whilst in association with the Royal Western Yacht Club, our home marina being Queen Anne's Battery.

After weeks of prep work to the exterior of the hull, inclusive of GRP repairs and keel strengthening, she was firstly faired and primed, followed by 4 coats of multicoat semi gloss top coat in navy, red and cream. The name has been added in white vinyl.

In addition and subsequent to the kind support of MDL Marinas and subsidiary - MDL Fitness, the rear end of the vessel has been painted green with associated decals.
